Knowledge in xDSL, DOCSIS and G.PON solutions, acting as Customer Service, Pre-Sales (Proof-of-Concept) and Post Sales Support, making use of the best practices on ethical hacking and ITIL premises – packet tracing, Nmap & other security vulnerabilities evaluation –  willing to deliver the best and safe solution to the customers.
